Applications for enrolment are welcomed from all families living in Baynton or Baynton West. Please print and complete the application from the link below and send it to the school office. All applications for enrolment should be accompanied by the child’s birth certificate, Australian Immunisation Record (AIR) history statement and proof of address – one being a rental agreement, letter from employer, or a proof of purchase and the second being a drivers licence, contents insurance or a utility bill.
If emailing documents through to the school, please only send through original or scanned PDF’s and not photographs of documents. We can photocopy originals in the office if required.
