Good afternoon everyone,
School is very quiet and empty at the moment, it feels very sad and strange.
We are all missing our precious students. We are, however, happy to offer modified learning programs for the students whose parents are frontline and essential workers. Thank you to these members of our school community, we hope your children are enjoying school this week, even if it feels different.
My staff are doing the best they can, worried like you, about their loved ones. Therefore thank you to those of you who have been able to keep your kids at home to ‘flatten the curve’. We appreciate it.
We are working hard to develop our vision for online learning during term two and I can let you know, K-2 will all use Seesaw from now on and Years 3-6 Dojo.
If they haven’t already, teachers will be in contact with you to invite you to be part of this.
We are also exploring online conferencing software so you can ask for assistance with home education from my teachers.
We are also developing learning packs for Education Support.
We are all in this together.
